My niche is to help Christians be intentional in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I provide virtual or in-person childbirth prep classes and limited birth doula services. Doulas go where you go, whether it be Hospital, Birth Center, or Home birth. My services will teach you to be the intentional decision-maker you are, especially during birth!

What is a doula?

  1. A non-medical member of your birth team (NOT one of your limited # of friends & family allowed into your birth facility).
  2. Hired to learn about you and what you want for this birth.
  3. Provider of informational, emotional, and physical support in pregnancy, birth & postpartum.
  4. An advocate who helps you find YOUR voice and trains you to USE it to reach your goals.
  5. A bridge between you and the unknowns. The presence of a trained doula at your birth reduces unfavorable inductions, epidural over use, unnecessary cesareans, and increases the overall positive experience of birth for clients! Read about it HERE.
