Who and How do I serve?

My niche is to help Christians be intentional in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I provide virtual or in-person childbirth prep classes and limited birth doula services. Doulas go where you go, whether it be Hospital, Birth Center, or Home birth. My services will teach you to be the intentional decision-maker you are, especially during birth!

Birth Prep CLASS:
Decisions

This is a 1-time, 3 hour, class that facilitates the conversations you should have before you are in labor and postpartum!  Rich and interactive. Perfect for groups of 4-8 people. Helps unify you and your birth partner (no partner required).

Made to Move

Meet for 1 hour during your 2nd or 3rd trimester to discuss and complete your visual birth plan. Bring home a plan to share with your medical provider at your next prenatal! Hand it to the intake nurses during birth!

BUNDLE: Prep & Catch

For those who want my Both Classes: Birth Prep and Made to Breathe, and Concierge Postpartum Follow-up. I help you plan and prepare for your upcoming birth. I help you process & decompress your experiences. I conduct a virtual or in-home postpartum visit to decompress your birth transformation and connect you with resources. This is not birth doula support.
